01What is MigTera?
MigTera builds harnesses: verified AI clones of your best people. A harness joins calls, answers the way your top performer answers, and backs every answer with a source.
02How is MigTera different?
Most clones guess. A harness only says what your person actually said, shows where it came from, and declines the rest.
03What can a harness do?
Take calls, handle the questions that repeat, represent your top performer with customers, and hand anything new back to the human.
04How do people and harnesses work together?
The person stays in charge. The harness takes the repeats; new and sensitive questions route back to them, queued with context.
05What does it take to get started?
Access to the tools you already run. From consent to a working harness takes about six weeks.
06Is MigTera a company or a research project?
Solely a research project, and open source. The methods, the benchmark, and the refusal results are published for anyone to verify. Funding goes to the research.

07What if it says something wrong?
It can only answer from what your person actually said, and every answer cites its call and minute. Anything outside that record gets declined and routed to the human.
08What data do you need from us?
The tools you already run: Gong, Zoom, Notion, Drive, CRM. No interviews, no homework.
09Is our data used to train anything else?
No. Your corpus builds your harness and nothing else. Never pooled across customers, never used to train anyone else's model.
10Won't my rep see this as a replacement?
The person consents, controls the scope, and shares in the upside. The harness takes the repeats; everything new routes back to them. It multiplies your rep; it doesn't audition for their job.
11What happens if they leave the company?
Consent stays with the person: revisable, revocable. A harness built before their last day is corrected by them. That's exactly why you build it before, not after.
